Validation of the attitudinal scale of open educational practices in university teachers

چکیده
The relevance of Open Educational Resources (OER) in the Latin American university context requires an instrument that measures conceptual, procedural, and attitudinal aspects teachers consider having their open educational practices. purpose this research is to describe process design validation Attitudinal Scale Practices (ASOEP) Scale. Consequently, methodological approach corresponds a descriptive, transectional, instrumental has three components: scale design, evaluation by expert judgment with pilot application. test was applied random sample 123 at Colombia. results from content had participation five international experts who were classified according coefficient K range between (k: .80 k: 1.00). From application, ASOEP presented general reliability (α: .943).
